It’s all for FY2018 housing construction, UP housing dept. makes the wheels turn

After RERA news made frequent rounds in the real estate sector, housing and urban development of state claims that it is all ready to focus upon three important tasks under FY 2018. This explains crackdown on illegal construction, building maximum affordable housing units which is featured under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).

This was further explained by Mukul Singhal in UP Housing and Development Board (UPHDB) that, “It was first reviewed on June 8.” Officials from all 28 development authorities of the state which includes Siddhartha Nagar, Mirzapur, Vindhyachal, Bhadohi, Chitrakoot and the UPHDB attend the meeting. According to the sources, one of the officials who choose to be unnamed said, “we have been asked to prepare an action plan for the rest of the year keeping in mind all the parameters extended by RERA. It is also important to know that RERA has been recently corrected by State Government that, the new government want the Act to be implemented in its original spirit as notified by the center.”

RERA will help in getting quick possession according to the schedule time as it will make the construction company to finish the project by the said time so that it could able to get finish by the deadline. Along with that this too keeps a tight vigilance, over the illegal construction.
This government also brings a kick start to our countries longest expressway between Ayodhya and Varanasi, which is initiated by the BJP regime in the center and UP. This will be a wholesome treat by the government of the state which will be 354 km long corridor which will be called as Purvanchal Expressway. From the political side, it will create a political triangle of three types of political regimes which has made the state of one the kind i.e. from Rahul Gandhi’s borough Amethi to Mulayam Singh Yadav region Azamgarh and also Ram Lalla’s town Ayodhya which is one of the bosomed cities of our honorable prime minister.

Coming back to the topic, with proper housing back by the end of the BJP regime, about 5 lakh houses in UP was to house families but  grappling with the ongoing less of cash and employment in the state, the target can only match 2 lakh of fruitful housing in the state.
So, it is tough but it would be interesting to see what happens next.
