States which hold maximum number of real estate projects in India

It would be vaguely saying that which state in India hold maximum number of real estate projects. If any state lacks this infrastructure quality, it is acknowledged as most backward land in the nation. Development in building up and construction leads to more pouring of job vacancies in the place which in return more employment and smooth functioning of life.

It was majorly learnt during Indian property bubble which is known for a creation of housing market in major and top listing cities in Indian sub-continent. If we list down two-tier cities of Bharat, Lucknow can be counted as among the top ten developing cities under this discipline. If somebody from another state like Tamil Nadu and type Best Real estate projects inLucknow in one of the search engines then ample number of options will list down. Likewise, Neetha Swaminathan 39, a single mother and a well versed English teacher hailing from Alleppey, Kerala got transferred to northern plains, a month after her husband passed away in a train accident. Swaminathan ponder and says, “Maybe in today’s time, lord Ayyaippa may also bestow his blessing upon the needed in real time but searching a secured home on northern plains is somewhat a tiring job for single mother like me.”  Neetha has a year old girl calling Nitara whom she prefers to keep at crèche when she is out for work.

Well, Neetha was seen all consumed in jotting down of information related to property for salein Lucknow. Here, in the city of Nawabs she was been shifted for the first time in life. A little bit of tension for search of home, suitable crèche, distant to workplace, etc was likable questions which were keep on making round in Neetha’s cerebrum.
Seeding back to the topic, states which stand out to hold maximum number of real estate can be asserted as Orissa for Bhuvneswar and Cuttack, Andhra Pradesh for Vishakhapatnam, Tamil Nadu for Chennai and Coimbatore, Kerala for Kochi, Maharashtra for Pune, Gujrat for Ahmedabad and Madhya Pradesh for Indore.

These all are one-tier and two-tier cities which in gross increases the bar to holding maximum number of infrastructure for IT Offices, educational institutes, luxury projects mainly for 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments in Rs 32 lakh to Rs 70 lakh range. There are also plots and villas which under the category of Rs 15-65 lakh range.
Lucknow is still budding city and Uttar Pradesh will take a long time to get counted under the list to horn maximum number of infrastructure in the state.
