Where are the possible ‘green lunged’ areas in Lucknow, so to have a house?

  Presently, as people have started to deem upon the existence of feng shui and laughing Buddha or lucky bamboo in that case, they have also choose not to stay among the high right buildings or in the concrete jungle as it is so called.  Ashok Srinivasan, who have pursued his medical basics for ENT Specialty from the then called King George medical university. After getting good and respectable marks in my class 12, I made up to pursue for medical entrance. All hail to Lord Ayyappa that, I cleared it and shifted here. ”

 

As said, choosing Lucknow was his personal reason and to become an eminent doctor on the land of nawabs was completely by the luck. After achieving laurels, he made sure that he too owns his own property and after a genuine guidance from a friend, Shrinivasan searched for different leads as property for sale in Lucknow. But now, he along with his family of four is very much inclined to Buy Property in Lucknow which can come under green belt or called as green lunged area in the city. If we talk about the reports on the context of green lunged area in Lucknow then, a mixed reaction has come forth in the social light of humanity.

According to earlier notice, a LDA officer also seen quoting that conversion of land area i.e. which is near to Ujariaon village, about 6.5 km away from Lucknow was having large land chunks before. It was seen as public utility because it extended for 300 acre and could be better used for building verticals and complexes. But after being demarcated as a part of green belt, plantation has been conducted and is been renowned as ‘Van-Vihar’. It was also recollected that once, Allahabad High Court intervened and ordered that no construction should be undertaken which have been slated as green belt. It further continued that area like Gomti Nagar is purely a green lunged area and not much construction should be undertaken to remove the natural cover.






According to Lucknow Municipal reports, Master Plan 2021 tells us about that post 2000 and before 2006, about 16, 270 hectare of land has been used up by lucknawi civilization to flourish. As the ratio is increasing in high level, major parts of Cis-Gomti Nagar i.e. old Lucknow specially Chowk and Aminabad has eventually crossed it limits to hold back some family into its womb. Against the ration which speak up for Trans-Gomti area which is yet to cross the mark.
